Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3006 filed by her from the floor to strike everything after the enacting clause and to the title page of the bill and moved its adoption. Amendment S-3006 lost by a voice vote. Senator Banks asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment S-3004 filed by Senators Banks, et al., from the floor to page 1 of the bill.
