UNFINISHED BUSINESS (Deferred May 2, 1995) House File 29 The Senate resumed consideration of House File 29, a bill for an act to provide a presumption that kidnapping has occurred within the state when the body of a kidnapping victim is found within the state, deferred May 2, 1995. Senator Bartz moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question Shall the bill pass?
