                      CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT RECEIVED

                                (Senate File 481)

         A conference committee report signed by the following Senate and
    House members was filed May 2, 1995, on Senate File 481, a bill for  an
    act relating to and making appropriations to the state department of
    transportation including allocation and use of moneys from the general
    fund, road use tax fund, and primary road fund, and making
    appropriations to various state agencies for capital projects, to the
    primary road fund, to county fairs and to the Iowa state fair from the
    rebuild Iowa infrastructure account and the general fund, relating to
    the living roadway trust fund and the state roadside specialist, the
    primary road and state highway system, and other transportation-related
    statutory changes, requiring transportation-related studies, making
    technical changes, and providing an effective date:
