President pro tempore Bisignano took the chair at 6:38 p.m. HOUSE AMENDMENT CONSIDERED (Deferred April 26, 1995) Senate Concurrent Resolution 3 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate Concurrent Resolution 3, a concurrent resolution relating to the compensation of chaplains, officers and employees of the seventy-sixth general assembly, and House amendment S-3022, deferred on April 26, 1995. Senator Iverson called up the motion to reconsider the vote by which amendment S-3587 to House amendment S-3022 to Senate Concurrent Resolution 3 failed to be adopted by the Senate on April 26, 1995, filed by him on April 26, 1995, found on page 1456 of the Senate Journal and moved its adoption. The motion prevailed by a voice vote and amendment S-3587 by Senator Gronstal to House amendment S-3022, was taken up for reconsideration. Senator Gronstal moved the adoption of amendment S-3587 to House amendment S-3022, which motion prevailed by a voice vote. Senator Gronstal moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment as amended.
