    Final Bill Action: SENATE RESOLUTION 22, a senate resolution honoring
    the pages of the senate and providing for the awarding of additional
    compensation as a bonus for extraordinary service.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Horn, Boswell, Rife, Bisignano, Gettings, Gronstal,
    Husak, Kramer and Lind. Nays, none.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    WAYS AND MEANS

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 485 (SSB 351), a bill for an act
    authorizing certain counties, cities, or school districts to an create a
    joint authority to issue bonds to build and own buildings and
    authorizing a tax levy by school district to lease buildings.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Palmer, Husak, Connolly, Deluhery, Murphy,
    Neuhauser, Priebe, Szymoniak and Vilsack. Nays, 6: Bennett, Drake,
    Freeman, Hedge, Iverson and McLaren.

    Fiscal Note: REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
