         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which House File
    528 passed the Senate on April 27, 1995.

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which the Senate
    concurred in the House amendment to the Senate amendment to House File
    528 on April 27, 1995.

                          MOTION TO RECONSIDER ADOPTED

         Senator Gronstal called up the motion to reconsider House File 528
    filed by him on April 27, 1995, found on page 1478 of the Senate Journal
    and moved its adoption.

         On the question Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted? (H.F.
    528) the vote was:

         Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
    express a conflict of interest, was invoked.
