MOTIONS TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN
House File 159
Senator Lind withdrew the motion to reconsider House File 159, a
bill for an act relating to the production of ornamental, flowering, or
vegetable plants for purposes of the state sales tax, filed by him on
April 20, 1995, and found on page 1348 of the Senate Journal.
House File 185
Senator Lind withdrew the motion to reconsider House File 185, a
bill for an act relating to the sales, services, and use tax exemption
for items used by printers and publishers, limiting the amount of
refunds, and providing retroactive and applicability date provisions,
filed by him on April 19, 1995, and found on page 1318 of the Senate
Journal.
IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED
Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that House Files
185, 159 and Senate File 69 be immediately messaged to the House.
