have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.
The motion to reconsider House File 94 filed by Senator Bartz on
April 19, 1995, and found on page 1318 of the the Senate Journal was out
of order.

The Senate resumed consideration of House File 548, a bill for an
act relating to the definition of business income for purposes of the
state corporate income tax and providing effective and applicability
date provisions, previously deferred.
