         The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
    have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

         Senator Neuhauser called up the motion to reconsider House File 94
    filed by her on April 19, 1995, found on page 1318 of the Senate Journal
    and moved its adoption.

         On the question Shall the motion to reconsider be adopted? (H.F.
    94) the vote was:
