         The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
    have passed the Senate and the title as amended was agreed to.



                              CONSIDERATION OF BILL

    Senate File 482

         On motion of Senator Giannetto, Senate File 482, a bill for an act
    establishing economic and other penalties for certain criminal activity,
    with report of committee reecommending amendment and passage, was taken
    up for consideration.

         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3488 filed by the committee
    on Judiciary on April 19, 1995 to pages 54 and 55 of the bill and moved
    its adoption.

         Amendment S-3488 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3513 filed by him on April
    20, 1995, to page 30 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3513 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto offered amendment S-3505 filed by Senators
    Giannetto and Bisignano on April 20, 1995, to page 50 of the bill and
    moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3505 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Giannetto moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
