JUDICIARY
Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 482, a bill for an act establishing
economic and other penalties for certain criminal activity.
Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3488.
Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Bisignano,
Boettger, Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hammond, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser,
Redfern and Szymoniak. Nays, none.
Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
