MOTION TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN
House File 246
Senator Hammond withdrew the motion to reconsider House File 246, a
bill for an act relating to civil litigation by inmates and prisoners
and deductions from inmate accounts for certain expenses, including
costs of litigation by inmates, filed by her on April 11, 1995, and
found on page 1147 of the Senate Journal.
