         The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to
    have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

    House File 428

         On motion of Senator Fraise, House File 428, a bill for an act
    relating to the expenditure of moneys deposited in an E911 service fund,
    with report of committee recommending passage, and placed on the
    Unfinished Business Calendar on April 13, 1995, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Banks asked and received unanimous consent that action  on
    House File 428 be deferred.

    House File 492

         On motion of Senator Szymoniak, House File 492, a bill for an act
    relating to landlord remedies for tenant noncompliance with a rental
    agreement and acts constituting a clear and present danger, with report
    of committee recommending amendment and passage, and placed on the
    Unfinished Business Calendar on April 13, 1995, was taken up for
    consideration.

         Senator Szymoniak asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw
    amendment S-3372 filed by the committee on Judiciary on April 6, 1995,
    to pages 1, 5 and the title page of the bill.

         The Chair ruled amendment S-3462 filed by Senator Hammond from the
    floor to amendment S-3372, out of order.

         Senator Szymoniak offered amendment S-3456 filed by her from the
    floor to pages 1-5 and the title page of the bill.

         Senator Hammond called for a division of amendment S-3456:
