The motion lost. Amendment S-3473 filed by Senator Lind from the floor to amendment S-3445 was out of order. Senator Halvorson asked and received unanimous consent to withdraw amendment S-3417 by Senators Halvorson and McKean to page 14 and the title page of the bill, previously deferred. Senator Halvorson moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question Shall the bill pass? IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that House Files 554, 460, 556, and Senate Files 481, 475 and 93 be immediately messaged to the House, and to send an immediate message to the House on Senate Files 226, 400, 437 and 439.
