Senate Journal: Page 1257: Tuesday, April 18, 1995

         Senator Bisignano called up for consideration Senate File 93, a
    bill for an act related to criminal offenses against minors and sexually
    violent offenses and offenders committing those offenses, by requiring
    registration by offenders, providing for the establishment of a sex
    offender registry, and providing penalties, amended by the House, and
    moved that the Senate concur in House amendment S-3383 filed April 11,
    1995.

         The motion lost by a voice vote and the Senate refused to concur in
    the House amendment.

    House File 460

         The Senate resumed consideration of House File 460, a bill for  an
    act relating to governmental control of property by allowing
    governmental entities to enter and test property for condemnation of
    property for highway purposes, providing for the interest rates assessed
    for condemnation damages, providing for right-of-way notice filings, and
    concerning advertising control laws on scenic highways, deferred April
    11, 1995.

         Senator McKean offered amendment S-3423 filed by Senators McKean
    and Connolly on April 13, 1995, to page 2 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3423 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Connolly moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
