    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

    House File 504

         On motion of Senator Gettings, House File 504, a bill for an act
    relating to a motor vehicle owners liability for damages caused by the
    driver, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was
    taken up for consideration.

         Senator Gettings offered amendment S-3368 filed by the committee on
    Transportation on April 6, 1995, to page 1 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3368 was adopted by a voice vote.
