Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3364 filed by the committee on

On motion of Senator Gronstal, House File 303, a bill for an act
relating to pipelines and underground storage of hazardous liquids, and
providing penalties and effective and retroactive applicability date
provisions, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage,
was taken up for consideration.
Senator Gronstal offered amendment S-3365 filed by the committee on
Natural Resources, on April 6, 1995, to pages 13, 19 and 37 of the bill.
