    relating to the definition of business income for purposes of the state
    corporate income tax and providing effective and applicability date
    provisions.

         Read first time and placed on Ways and Means Calendar.

         Senate File 470, by committee on Ways and Means, a bill for  an act
    relating to the imposition of a local option sales and services tax in
    certain cities located in two counties and providing an effective date.

         Read first time and placed on Ways and Means Calendar.

         Senate File 471, by committee on Ways and Means, a bill for  an act
    relating to the wagering tax on gambling games at pari-mutuel racetrack
    enclosures.

         Read first time and placed on Ways and Means Calendar.
