    Final Bill Action: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 26 (LSB 2441) a
    concurrent resolution urging the Congress of the United States to allow
    retired members of the United States Armed Forces who have a
    service-connected disability to concurrently receive retired pay and
    disability compensation.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Gronstal, Kibbie, Rittmer, Bennett, Bisignano,
    Connolly, Dearden, Drake, Fink, Giannetto, Halvorson, Lind and Sorensen.
    Nays, 1: Lundby. Absent or not voting, 1: McLaren.

    TRANSPORTATION

    Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 115, a bill for an act relating to rest
    areas by permitting refreshments during holiday period and concerning
    the promotion of Iowa agricultural products.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 10: Gettings, Fraise, Drake, Black, Dearden, Douglas,
    Fink, Halvorson, Jensen and Rittmer. Nays, none. Absent or not voting,
