    offense, by providing for changes in the mandatory minimum terms of
    sentences to be served, by permitting the imposition of up to ninety
    days of the total sentence in a county jail in addition to any terms of
    probation, and providing for a reduction in the amount of good and honor
    time that may be earned by forcible felons.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.
