    Members Absent: none.

    Committee Business: Placed governors appointees on en bloc confirmation
    calendar; amended and approved SSB 354 as a committee bill; approved SSB
    357 as a committee bill.

    Adjourned: 12:05 p.m.



                              MOTION TO RECONSIDER

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which Senate File
    466 passed the Senate on April 4, 1995.

                            PRESENTATION OF VISITORS

         The Chair welcomed the following visitors who were present in the
    Senate gallery:

         Forty-five students from Kanawha Community School District. Senator
    Priebe.

         Forty junior high students from Holmes Junior High School, Cedar
    Falls, accompanied by Dave Andreesen. Senator Redfern.
