On motion of Senator Dvorsky, Senate File 453, a bill for an act
relating to public health by providing for measures related to lead
inspection and abatement, and providing a penalty, was taken up for
reconsideration.
Senator Dvorsky offered amendment S-3355 filed by Senators Dvorsky
and Banks from the floor to strike everything after the enacting clause
of the bill and moved its adoption.
Amendment S-3355 was adopted by a voice vote.
