    applicability provisions and amendment S-3337 by Senators Borlaug, Rife
    and Tinsman to pages 2-4 and the title page of the bill, previously
    deferred.

         Senator Vilsack asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-3337 continue to be deferred for consideration of amendment
    S-3347.

         Senator Freeman offered amendment S-3347 filed by her from the
    floor to strike everything after the enacting clause and to the title
    page of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3347 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3347, the Chair ruled the
    following amendments to the bill out of order:

         S-3336 filed by Senator Bennett from the floor to page 23 and the
    title page of the bill.

         S-3337 by Senators Borlaug, Rife and Tinsman, previously deferred.

         S-3339 filed by Senator Lind from the floor to page 1.

         S-3340 filed by Senator Rittmer from the floor to pages 11, 21 and
    23.

         S-3341 filed by Senators Tinsman and Rittmer from the floor to page
    1.

         S-3342 filed by Senators Iverson and Bennett from the floor to
    pages 2, 4 and the title page of the bill.

         S-3343 filed by Senator Rittmer from the floor to pages 13 and 14.

         S-3344 filed by Senator Bennett from the floor to page 4.

         S-3345 filed by Senator Hedge from the floor to page 3.

         S-3346 filed by Senators Banks, et al., from the floor to page 23
    and the title page of the bill.

         S-3348 filed by Senator Iverson from the floor to pages 3 and 4.
