On motion of Senator Fraise, Senate File 365, a bill for an act
increasing the scheduled fines for certain motor vehicle operation
violations, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Fraise moved that the bill be read the last time now and
placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
bill was read the last time.

On motion of Senator Connolly, Senate File 384, a bill for an act
relating to regulation of food establishments and providing for fees and
penalties, with report of committee on Ways and Means recommending
passage, was taken up for consideration.
Senator Connolly offered amendment S-3179 filed by him on March 22,
1995, to page 3 of the bill and moved its adoption.
