    Senate File 360

         On motion of Senator Halvorson, Senate File 360, a bill for an act
    to increase the fee for the transfer of property in county transfer
    records, with report of committee on Ways and Means recommending
    amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration.

         Senator Palmer offered amendment S-3289 filed by the committee on
    Ways and Means on March 29, 1995, to page 1 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3289 lost by a voice vote.

         The Chair ruled amendment S-3235 filed by Senator Priebe on March
    27, 1995, to page 1 of the bill, out of order because the same subject
    matter was considered in amendment S-3289.

         Senator Halvorson moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
