    investigate the following governors appointments, completed their
    investigations on March 28, 1995, and recommended the appointees be
    confirmed:

    R. Shaw as members of the Board of Educational Examiners.

         Margaret P. Borgen as a member of the First in the Nation in
    Education Foundation Governing Board.

    Authority.

         Ellengray G. Kennedy and Beverly A. Smith as members of the State
    Board of Regents.

         Donna S. Hansen as a member of the Commission on the Deaf.

         Dennis L. Billings as a member of the Community Health Management
    Information System Governing Board.

         Lois H. Eichacker, Elaine A. Pfalzgraf and Charese E. Yanney as
    members of the Iowa Council on Human Investment.
