HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the House: MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the House has on March 29, 1995, passed the following bills in which the concurrence of the Senate is asked: House File 84, a bill for an act relating to a citys power to allow registered voters of the city to request reconsideration of a city ordinance. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 111, a bill for an act exempting from regulation certain homeowners association swimming pools. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 198, a bill for an act creating a lien arising from the care and feeding of livestock in a custom cattle feedlot. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 230, a bill for an act relating to procedural requirements for the enforcement of certain copyrights, and providing for penalties. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 281, a bill for an act relating to the radio-based communications system transmission of communicable disease information relative to persons being sought or assisted by certain persons in an emergency situation and providing a penalty. This bill was read first time and passed on file. House File 346, a bill for an act relating to the verification and defendants signature required for uniform citations and complaints. This bill was read first time and passed on file.
