                                BUSINESS PENDING

    Senate File 447

         The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 447, a bill for an
    act relating to erosion occurring on the site of construction projects
    by providing civil penalties for violations and for the appropriation
    and use of the civil penalties, previously deferred.

         Senator Black offered amendment S-3288 filed by Senators Black and
    Deluhery from the floor to page 1 and the title page of the bill and
    moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3288 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3288, the Chair ruled the
    following amendments out of order:

         S-3281 filed by Senator Banks from the floor to pages 1, 2 and the
    title page of the bill and S-3284 filed by Senator Black from the floor
    to pages 1, 2 and the title page of the bill.

         Senator Black moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 447) the vote was:
