         Senator Murphy offered amendment S-3271 filed by the committee on
    Appropriations on March 28, 1995, to pages 1 and 2 of the bill.

         Senator Murphy offered amendment S-3278 filed by Senators Murphy,
    Vilsack and Fraise from the floor to amendment S-3271 and moved its
    adoption.

         Amendment S-3278 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Murphy moved the adoption of amendment S-3271 as amended,
    which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Hammond withdrew amendment S-3103 filed by her on March 8,
    1995, to page 1 of the bill.

         Senator Jensen offered amendment S-3258 filed by him on March 28,
    1995, to page 1 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3258 was adopted by a voice vote.

         With the adoption of amendment S-3271, the Chair ruled amendment
    S-3246 filed by Senators Dvorsky, et al., on March 27, 1995, to page 1
    of the bill, out of order.

         Senator Murphy moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.
