         Amendment S-3279 lost.

         Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-3287 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 10 and 12 of the bill.

         Senator Hammond asked and received unanimous consent that action on
    amendment S-3287 be deferred.

         Senator Hammond offered amendment S-3280 filed by Senators Hammond
    and Tinsman from the floor to page 41 of the bill and moved its
    adoption.

         A non record roll call was requested.

         The ayes were 17, nays 28.

         Amendment S-3280 lost.

         Senator Rensink offered amendment S-3290 filed by Senators Rensink
    and Kibbie from the floor to pages 41 and 45 of the bill.

         Senator Hammond raised the point of order that amendment S-3290 was
    not germane to the bill.

         The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-3290 in
    order.

         Senator Rensink moved the adoption of amendment S-3290, which
    motion prevailed by a voice vote.

         Senator Bisignano offered amendment S-3292 filed by him from the
    floor to pages 10 and 12 of the bill and moved its adotion.

         Amendment S-3292 was adopted by a voice vote.

         Senator Bisignano withdrew amendment S-3287 to page 10 of the bill,
    previously deferred.

         Senator Zieman offered amendment S-3293 filed by him from the floor
    to page 38 of the bill and moved its adoption.

         Amendment S-3293 lost by a voice vote.
