         Ways and Means

         Relating to classes of property exempt from taxation and
    authorizing a city to impose a tax on exempt real property for police
    and fire protection services, subject to reverse referendum, and
    providing effective and applicability date provisions.

    SSB 353
         Ways and Means

         Relating to the local option sales and services tax by authorizing
    political subdivisions that will receive revenues from the tax to issue
    bonds in anticipation of the receipt of the revenues and providing an
    effective date.

    SSB 354
         Ways and Means

         Relating to the refund of property taxes paid erroneously and
    providing effective and applicability dates.
