                              MOTION TO RECONSIDER

         MR. PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which Senate File
    168 passed the Senate on March 29, 1995.

                      REPORT OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE

         MR. PRESIDENT: Pursuant to Senate Rule 21, I report that in
    engrossing Senate Concurrent Resolution 20, the following correction was
    made:

         Amendment S-3213:

         1. Page 1, line 3, the word Corp was changed to the word Corps.

         Thirty twelfth grade students from Woodbury Central High School,
    Moville, accompanied by Mr. Barke. Senator Banks.

    Senator Boettger.

         Students from Western Hills Elementary School, West Des Moines.
    Senator Kramer.

         Thirty twelfth grade students from Ruthven-Ayshire High School,
    accompanied by John Josephson and Phil Geelan. Senator Kibbie.
