         With the adoption of amendment S-3264, the Chair ruled the
    following amendments out of order:

         S-3047 filed by Senator Iverson on February 8, 1995, to page 1 and
    the title page of the bill.


         S-3057 filed by Senator Iverson on February 14, 1995, to page 1 and
    the title page of the bill.

         S-3071 filed by Senator Iverson on February 21, 1995, to amendment
    S-3057.

         S-3252 filed by Senator Connolly from the floor to strike
    everything after the enacting clause and to the title page of the bill.

         Senator Connolly moved that the bill be read the last time now and
    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On the question Shall the bill pass? (S.F. 83) the vote was:
