HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED
The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the
House:
MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on March 22, 1995, passed the following bills in which the
concurrence of the Senate is asked:
House File 103, a bill for an act relating to the liability of
persons involved in domesticated animal activities.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 170, a bill for an act relating to exempting employees
of the state fair authority from the state merit personnel system.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 217, a bill for an act relating to education
requirements for nurses.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 277, a bill for an act concerning health care coverage
availability to unemployed individuals.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
House File 420, a bill for an act creating an environmental audit
privilege and providing penalties.
This bill was read first time and passed on file.
BILL REFERRED TO COMMITTEE
Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File
348 be referred from the Regular Calendar to the committee on State
Government.
MOTION TO RECONSIDER WITHDRAWN
Senator Priebe withdrew the motion to reconsider the vote by which
amendment S-3129 to Senate File 290 was adopted by the Senate on March
