Senate Concurrent Resolution 23 On motion of Senator Flynn, Senate Concurrent Resolution 23, a concurrent resolution urging support of public broadcasting in Iowa, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration. Senator Flynn moved the adoption of Senate Concurrent Resolution 23, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
