BILL SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR
A communication was received announcing that on March 17, 1995, the
Governor approved and transmitted to the Secretary of State the
following bill:
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 12 - Authorizing the temporary use and
consumption of alcoholic beverages in the State Capitol in conjunction
with a buffet dinner sponsored by the Des Moines Rotary Club and
featuring the State Capitol restoration and providing an effective date.
