         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Natural Resources,
    Environment and Energy Committee on Senate File 413 and they were
    attached to the committee report.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 414 (formerly Senate File 303), a bill
    for an act defining residency for the purpose of purchasing a hunting,
    fishing, or fur harvester license.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Fink, Black, Lundby, Banks, Borlaug, Dearden,
    Deluhery, Freeman, Gronstal, Judge, Kibbie, Rensink and Sorensen. Nays,
    none. Absent or not voting, 2: Hedge and Priebe.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    relating to certain property interests by providing for the return of
    certain subsurface property rights to the surface owner and ancillary
    surface property rights to adjacent landowners when subsurface rights
    are relinquished by the person who has obtained underground natural gas
    storage rights.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Fink, Black, Lundby, Dearden, Deluhery, Freeman,
    Gronstal, Judge, Kibbie, Rensink and Sorensen. Nays, none. Absent or not
    voting, 4: Banks, Borlaug, Hedge or Priebe.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    STATE GOVERNMENT

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 73, a bill for an act requiring licensure
    of certain social workers, providing an effective date, imposing fees,
    and making penalties applicable.

    Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-3134.
