         *Pursuant to Senate Rule 40, the Legislative Service Bureau
    reported nonsubstantive changes to the members of the Judiciary
    Committee on Senate File 439 and they were attached to the committee
    report.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: SENATE FILE 440 (SSB 299), a bill for an act relating
    to probate including the lien period for estates which have not been
    administered, the amount which may be pased to a minor without
    appointing a conservator, the distribution of an intestate estate to the
    parents, and special use trusts.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 14: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Boettger,
    Drake, Fraise, Hammond, Halvorson, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser, Redfern
    and Szymoniak. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 1: Bisignano.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.

    ALSO:

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 442 (formerly Senate File 133), a bill
    for an act to prohibit the release of persons convicted of a forcible
    felony on parole or work release.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Giannetto, Vilsack, McKean, Bartz, Boettger,
    Drake, Fraise, Halvorson, Hansen, Maddox, Neuhauser, Redfern and
    Szymoniak. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 2: Bisignano and Hammond.
