    revenue bonds, authorizing the imposition of ad valorem property taxes,
    special assessments, and fees, and making provisions for other properly
    related matters.

    Recommendation: DO PASS.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 6: Sorensen, Fink, Black, Fraise, Halvorson and Judge.
