    act relating to the family investment program and related human services
    programs by requiring the department of human services to apply for
    certain federal waivers and providing applicability provisions.

         Senate File 353, by committee on Judiciary, a bill for  an act to
    require that all inmates of the institutions under the control of the
    department of corrections perform hard labor.

         Senate File 354, by Szymoniak, a bill for  an act relating to
    autopsies of certain children under the age of two years.

         Senate File 355, by McLaren, a bill for  an act relating to the
    Iowa communications network by requesting certain information of Part
    III users which are school districts, accredited nonpublic schools, and
    public libraries, requiring certain costs to be the basis for rates
    charged to certain authorized users, requiring the development of
    requests for proposals, limiting access to the network under certain
    agreements, and requiring certain information to be provided to the
    general assembly.

    bill for  an act relating to the Iowa communications network by
    providing an appropriation for Part III pilot project connections which
    are school districts, accredited nonpublic schools, and public
    libraries, requiring certain costs to be the basis for rates charged to
    certain authorized users, and requiring the development of a request for
    proposals.

         Senate File 357, by McLaren, a bill for  an act relating to the
    Iowa communications network by providing an appropriation for Part III
    connections for authorized users which are school districts, accredited
    nonpublic schools, and public libraries.
