    county medical examiner related to services provided for a person whose
    death affects the public interest.

    from landlord-tenant agreements and remedies and providing an effective
    date.

         Relating to structured fines, establishing a civil penalty and
    surcharge, providing for the distribution of fines, and establishing
    effective and repeal dates.

         Natural Resources

         Relating to erosion occurring on the site of construction projects
    by providing civil penalties for violations and for the appropriation
    and use of the civil penalties.

         Natural Resources

         Relating to solid waste by removing penalties for failure to meet
    waste reduction and recycling goals, removing wine and alcoholic liquor
    as mandatory deposit beverages, requesting the allocation of landfill
    alternative grant moneys, and making encouragement of curbside re   the
    state.

         Relating to underground storage tanks by increasing the
    environmental protection charge, providing for the use of risk-based
    corrective action standards, expanding property transfer insurance and
    loan guarantees, extending the compliance date for upgrade requirements,
    creating marketability and innocent landowner funds and providing
    benefits, requiring certification of groundwater professionals and
    creating a penalty, requiring a study, and providing for repeals, and
    implementation, effective date, and retroactive applicability
    provisions.
