         To require that certain forcible felons serve at least eighty-five
    percent of the sentence imposed.

         Judiciary

         Relating to the issuance of mutual protective orders and
    prohibiting the imposition of court costs associated with the filing of
    a domestic abuse action for contempt or for a domestic abuse assault.

         Eliminating joint and several liability in comparative fault

         To permit the imposition of a one-year jail term as part of the
    sentence of a person who is convicted of an aggravated misdemeanor or
    greater offense, providing for payment of costs by the state, and
    providing for partial payment by the offender if work release is
    permitted.
