         Senate File 268, by Gronstal, a bill for  an act defining licensed
    marriage and family therapists as professionals for the purposes of
    organization as professional limited liability companies.

         Senate File 269, by Judge, Bartz, and Dvorsky, a bill for  an act
    relating to the licensure of physician assistants and coverage of
    services provided by licensed physician assistants and licensed advanced
    registered nurse practitioners under a policy, contract, or plan
    providing for health care coverage.

         Read first time and passed on file.

         Senate File 270, by Bisignano, Giannetto, and Lind, a bill for  an
    act relating to providing an abstract of a conviction for transportation
    of open alcoholic beverage containers to the state department of
    transportation and excluding the offense from the jurisdiction of the
    juvenile court.
