                              INTRODUCTION OF BILLS

         Senate Concurrent Resolution 21, by committee on Communications and
    Information Policy, a concurrent resolution recommending that the Iowa
    Telecommunications and Technology Commission reconsider and rescind the
    user fees as originally established by the Commission.

         Senate File 247, by committee on Natural Resources, Environment and
    Energy, a bill for an act relating to plastic garbage can liners with
    recycled content.

    and authorizing the state to own certain Part III user connections
