    AGRICULTURE

    Final Bill Action: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 20 (LSB 2531), a
    concurrent resolution in support of improvement in the wetland
    delineation process and a moratorium on wetlands determination until the
    1995 farm bill has been passed and signed into the law by the Congress
    and the President.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE RESOLUTION.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 15: Priebe, Judge, Bartz, Banks, Black, Boswell,
    Douglas, Fraise, Giannetto, Hedge, Husak, McLaren, Palmer, Sorensen and
    Zieman. Nays, none.

    Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.



    HUMAN RESOURCES

    Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 224 (SSB 54), a bill for an act
    requiring protective headgear for motorcyclists and providing penalties.

    Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

    Final Vote: Ayes, 7: Szymoniak, Hammond, Boettger, Dvorksy. Kramer,
    Neuhauser and Tinsman. Nays, 2: Bartz and Vilsack. Pass, 1: Hansen.
