         Leaves of absence were granted as follows:

         Senator Maddox for the remainder of the day on request of Senator
    McKean and Senator Judge until she returns on request of Senator Horn.

    placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the
    bill was read the last time.

         On motion of Senator Szymoniak, Senate File 117, a bill for an act
    adopting a new uniform anatomical gift act and providing a penalty, was
    taken up for consideration.
