    Final Vote: Ayes, 9: Gronstal, Kibbie, Bisignano,  Dearden, Drake, Fink,
    Giannetto, Halvorson and Lundby. Nays, none. Absent or not voting, 6:
    Rittmer, Bennett, Connolly, Lind, McLaren and Sorensen.
