         Relating to the establishment of surrogacy procedures and providing
    for the Acts applicability.

         Providing for the modification of no-contact orders in domestic
    abuse cases in certain circumstances.

         Judiciary

         Prohibiting a person who is represented by counsel in a pending
    dissolution of marriage proceeding from proceeding pro se in a domestic
    abuse action.

         Agriculture

         Providing for a livestock health initiative and providing an
    appropriation.

         Transportation

         Relating to the suspension and revocation of drivers licenses and
    providing penalties for violations of out-of-service orders.
