    the manner in which an order appointing a guardian or conservator is
    subject to attack by third parties.

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate File
    107 be referred from the Regular Calendar to the committee on
    Appropriations.



                              IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

         Senator Horn asked and received unanimous consent that Senate Files
    14, 37, 87, 88 and 93 and House Concurrent Resolution 17  be immediately
    messaged to the House.



                                     RECESS

         On motion of Senator Horn, the Senate recessed at 12:50 p.m., until
