The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the

MR. PRESIDENT: I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
House has on February 9, 1995, insisted on its amendment to Senate File
17, a bill for an act establishing the state percent of growth for the
school budget year beginning July 1, 1995, for purposes of the state
school foundation program and providing effective and applicability date
provisions, and that the members of the Conference Committee on part of
the House are: The Representative from Scott, Mr. Grubbs, Chair; the
Representative from Winneshiek, Mr. Gipp; the Representative from
Crawford, Mr. Gries; the Representative from Clinton, Mr. Ollie; the
